ABOUT CAMBIO CUMBRE
Cambio Cumbre was established in February of 2013 by Colombian Nestor Fonseca. After a successful period with his previous club, Fremantle Muita Calma, Nestor decided to start a new club focusing on the development of young players.
The environment and professionalism that Cambio Cumbre offers, are determinant factors that have influenced the way Futsal is lived and played in Western Australia. The mission of the club is to increase the participation of the sport that is Futsal by recruiting and providing a professional Futsal environment to all, men, women and juniors.
The vision of the club is to become the most sustainable Futsal club in Australia and contribute to the growth of the sport.
THE FUTSAL CONTEXT IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA
Cambio Cumbre plays in the most prestigious Futsal competition in WA, the SFL.
Featuring some of the best coaches and Futsal players (males and females), the WA State Futsal League is considered the most competitive League in the state. The competition is played on Fridays and Saturdays at the only dedicated Futsal venue in Western Australia, the WA State Futsal Centre.
The Draft league is an initiative by the WA State Futsal League that aims to create a competitive second division where clubs are able to develop new players, and prepare them for the SFL. This competition is also played on Fridays and Saturdays at the WA State Futsal Centre.
