Mason Vojdani first joined Cambio Cumbre in mid 2014 and was a key player in Cumbre’s previous domestic success in Western Australia. The 188cm target has returned just in time for Cumbre’s round 2 clash against Canning Tigers.
“He will have a big role. He will add depth, experience, and goals to the team”- Salman Alhammadi.
Vojdani has consistently lead the club in goal scoring and will be a nightmare to mark due to his size, strength, and technical ability.
“I feel Cumbre will be a top two team this season. We have a strong squad with a mix of youth and experience, which makes the team exciting, motivated, and unpredictable. The level and intensity at training has been very high… with a couple of quality players back… if we can get maximum points in the first third of the season we will have a good chance, we will only get stronger.” – Mason Vojdani
Vojdani also has a wealth of experience to draw from playing in 4 Series futsal Australia tournaments, and winning several state and international competitions.
“Personally, my number one goal is to help the team win in any way I can. I’ll be pushing myself at training’s, and also putting in extra sessions during the week to achieve my goal… in helping the team win a championship title again”. – Mason Vojdani
Cambio Cumbre face Canning tigers in Round 2, 8;50pm tonight at the WA State Futsal Centre.
